As many of you know, I have been shooting a Hoyt for many years now (and I hopefully will continue to shoot a Hoyt for many years to come). Anthony and I and the rest of the BowCast team made a decision this year to shoot and hunt with some of the latest bows out there.

....My favorite band...uh...not really.

T minus 3 days.  I got out to the range a few times this weekend.  Friday I never even took my bow out of the case because when I got to the range and got out of my truck, the wind picked up and it was miserable.  Turned right around and headed back to take some shots in my basement range.

Back around Thanksgiving 2007, Anthony and I shared our favorite recipes on the show.  I may not have given all the details, and a few of you asked me to post my "wine" recipe for cooking venison in a crockpot.  Ask, and ye shall receive.....if you have some of your own recipes you'd like to post - put them in the comments of this blog entry!
