Many of you know that I live in a pretty remote area of Southwestern New Mexico, this is great for hunting but not so great when it comes to hitting the 3-D circuit. We used to have 3 maybe 4, 2-day shoots in the area, basically, all the people from the desert would come play in the Gila National Forest for the weekend. Strength Training for the BowHunter

Our component for strength training is among us. I will now start implementing daily entries on the routines that I am currently pursuing and you may scale them to suite your fitness level. My advice to all bowhunters and sportsmen alike is to pursue fitness daily, eat consistently well, and shoot straight. Strength is a prerequisite for bowhunting out West, out East, and out anywhere else
