Here we go gents...try this one, it's time to step it up:
SUPERSET BACK & FORTH: 21, 15, and 9 repetitions of...
- Sumo Deadlift to High Pull (minimum 45lbs / max 95 lbs)...review blog entry on March 25th
- Pull-ups
Then Row 5,000 meters...let me know your total time! If you're wondering why, then is a bowhunter's workout due to the amount of taxing to the upper and lower back, not mention it challenges your endurance. Good luck!

Oh, and thunder chickens are going down!

O.K. Dan I'm going to come right out and say it, "You are a sick, sick man."
I've been passing your blogs on to my buddies who I work out with at the gym and they are starting to hate me. Your pull-up/dip routine has really caught on with a bunch of people at the gym. I can't do the full 15 I'm currently at 10. Not that this is an excuse but I'm 6'4" and 230lbs (alright it is an excuse). I'm hoping to be down around 200-205 by fall. I'll take your challenge on this latest one. But I'm telling ya right now it ain't going to be pretty. Later. Oh..and nice bird you giot there. Congrats!

Question for you on the WOD - what can you replace the Rowing with if you don't have access to a rowing machine to still get this Bow hunter core workout?
I also agree with Toasteo - you are SICK!.....but you are going to make us all better, more fit, and more successful come this fall.....thanks for being SICK!
