As Anthony and Aneal continue talking about the year round "to do's" related to bowhunting, physical training is one of the most important topics - especially if you are getting ready to come from sea level and do a high alpine hunt.  Anthony and Aneal share some practical tips on what they do to keep their bodies in shape for bowhunting, as well as share some tips for the bowhunter preparing to hunt at altitude.
