Podcast Description
Want to be able to score your animals while scouting from 1000 yards away? Want to capture wildlife on film without disturbing their "comfort" area? Want to build a library of photos related to the size, type, and growth of the animals you hunt from year to year?
Then come on in and listen to a primer on the technique of digiscoping. BowCast is joined by good friend Chris Denham who has over 20 years in the optics industry, and worked with many individuals who were the true "pioneers" of the technique of digiscoping.
Some of the topics covered on this episode:
- What is Digiscoping?

Digiscoping Blog Entry
On the episode, Chris talked a little bit on how he used digiscoping on recent scouting and hunting trips. The first digiscoping pic is the "chipped" Desert Ram chris talked about. The second picture is a the bigger ram Chris found on the first day of his scouting efforts, and the last picture is a completely different ram - but success is always the best picture of them all!
