The offer was only supposed to last through this summer, but I have been informed by the cool folks over at Zotes that they are continuing this offer. I went ahead and used the "bowcast" promo code to order one package of each of their flavored sunflower seeds. After all, I wanted to give you all an informed taste review before I actually sent you over to purchase your favorite flavor.

I am a seed cracker through and through. I have been crackin and spittin your standard salted sunflower seeds on the way up to and in hunting camp for years. Now, I have a new supply with awesome flavors to take up with me this weekend.

1) Log on to the Zotes online store .

2) Click on "Bottles" on the left hand side to preview all the different flavors (and attractive ladies on the label).

3) Select your favorite flavors and proceed to checkout (Note, if this is your first time, you need to create an account for a secure order)

4) After choosing your shipping options, there is a section titled "Coupons and Gift Certificates". In the "Coupon Code" section, enter "bowcast" and click apply. This will deduct 25% from your order.

5) Pay and wait a couple days to get crackin!

That's all there is to it....great seeds from a great company. My order arrived a few days after I placed it. I have gone through all the flavors and include my personal opinions on each (as well as ranked from favorite to least). The good news is with the selection, your bound to find a personal favorite to enjoy.

Aneal's Zotes Ranking

#1 - Garlic Roast - Tasty, Tasty, Tasty....just don't breath closer than 10 feet from anyone before brushing your teeth.

#2 - Gotta love anything flavored like hot wings. The blue cheese doesn't work as well as it does with actual wings.

#3 - Spicy and Cheesy......goes together just like bow and arrow.

#4 - Beer taste is subtle....which is good. Please note you cannot get drunk on these seeds. I tried earlier this afternoon.

#5 - We've all had salted sunflower seeds...pepper is the perfect compliment. My wife's favorite flavor, and my favorite label due to most skin being shown.

#6 - Not sure exactly what it is, but these salted seeds are much better than some of the other brands I have tasted. Maybe a hint of butter?

#7 - You'll like this one if you often find yourself eating raw jalapenos as a snack. Watch out!

#8 - I am not a big fan of tequila or lime, and when I peeled off the limes on the label, there was nothing underneath.

#9 - Yeah, this flavor was not for me...but interesting enough the chick pouring pickle juice on herself turned me on.
